Getting Started

WhenAround helps you coordinate your online availability with others across time zones. Here’s how to get started:

1. Set Your Timezone:
   • Go to your profile and select your current timezone.
2. Mark Your Availability:
   • Use the availability matrix to select the hours you are online.
3. Share Your Profile:
   • Share your profile link so others can see when you’re available.

How do I change my timezone?

Go to your profile and select a new timezone from the dropdown. Your availability will update automatically.

Click on the cells in the availability matrix to toggle your online hours. Green means available, gray means unavailable.

How do I share my profile?

Copy your profile link from the profile page and send it to others.

What if my timezone is not detected correctly?

You can manually select your timezone in your profile settings.
